General terms and conditions

These terms apply to every prize draw run on WYNIVO. Please read them before you create an account or enter. Each draw also has its own competition-specific terms on its draw page.

1. Who we are

WYNIVO is operated by SPACE AI TECHNOLOGY UK LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 15446027, whose registered office is at 142-143 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 1EY, United Kingdom. Our business address for correspondence is 27 Ensbury Avenue, Bournemouth, BH10 4HF, United Kingdom. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean SPACE AI TECHNOLOGY UK LTD trading as WYNIVO.

WYNIVO runs prize draws with a free entry route. WYNIVO is not licensed by, or registered with, the Gambling Commission, and nothing on this site should be read as saying it is.

2. Who can enter

• You must be 18 or over and live in Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales).
• We may carry out reasonable age and identity checks at any time, including before a prize is awarded. If you cannot pass them, your entries are void and paid entries will be refunded.
• Our officers and employees, and anyone professionally connected with running a draw, and their immediate households, may not enter.

3. Your account

• You need an account to enter. The information you give must be true and kept up to date.
• One account per person. Entries made through duplicate, shared or false accounts are void.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Competition-specific terms

Each draw page states the prize, the entry price, the maximum number of entries, the per-person limit, the free-entry limit, and the opening and closing date and time. If those competition-specific terms differ from these general terms, the competition-specific terms apply to that draw.

5. Paid entry

• You choose a number of entries (or a spend option) on the draw page and complete checkout. An entry is only confirmed, and only included in the draw, once payment has been received.
• Entry numbers are allocated automatically in order and cannot exceed the published maximum.
• Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may differ between draws.

6. Free entry

Every draw can be entered free of charge by post. Full instructions are on the free entry page. A valid free entry is allocated an entry number from the same pool as paid entries, is included in the same draw and has exactly the same chance of winning. Paid and free entries are treated equally in every respect.

7. Fixed closing dates

• Every draw closes at the date and time published on its draw page.
• We will not extend a draw, cancel it, or reduce or change the prize merely because paid entries are lower than hoped. The draw runs at the published time with the entries received.
• A draw may close early only if every available entry has been allocated. We may cancel or postpone a draw only for reasons outside our reasonable control, or where required by law; if so, we will explain why and refund paid entries in full.

7A. Daily draws

WYNIVO currently offers at most two scheduled Today draw events each day, each with a fixed number of winners set before it opens (in the current illustrative prototype, a student pizza night with 10 winner slots and a family pizza night with 5). Draws run at scheduled UK times and never depend on sales thresholds. Each draw page states its entry price, maximum entries, fixed closing time, fixed draw time, the number of winners and any area it is limited to. These are set before the draw opens and are not changed once entries exist. Records of any earlier draws you entered remain available in your account.

Where a draw has more than one winner, each winner is selected from the same frozen list of eligible entries, no person can win more than once in the same draw, and paid and free entries are treated identically. We never select winners by revenue, purchase value, ticket position or any secretly programmed time. Instant-win mechanics are not offered.

Some prizes are vouchers provided or part-funded by a named business. Their redemption rules, expiry and locations are shown on the draw page and form part of the prize terms. WYNIVO remains responsible to you for providing the prize described.

8. Prizes

• The prize is described on the draw page. Product names are used only to describe the prize. Images are illustrative until authorised product photography is shown.
• If a described prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may supply a reasonable equivalent of the same or greater value. A cash alternative is offered only where the draw page says so.
• Prizes are not transferable to another person before they are awarded.

9. How the draw works

After the closing time, the winning entry is selected from all confirmed entries using a computer process based on a cryptographically secure random number generator. The inputs to the draw (entry count, method and a verification reference) and the result are written to an audit record that cannot be edited afterwards, and published on the draw results page. We may instead run a draw under independent supervision; if so, the draw page will say so. We do not claim any independent certification of the draw process unless it is stated for a specific draw.

10. Winners

• We will contact the winner using the email address on their account within 7 days of the draw. The winner must reply and complete verification within 28 days of that contact.
• If the winner is ineligible, fails verification, or does not respond within the claim window, the prize may be redrawn from the remaining confirmed entries under the same method, and this will be recorded.
• We publish the winner’s first name, the winning entry number and the draw record. You may object to publication by contacting us; we will respect that where the law allows, but we may still need to share information with regulators or where legally required.

10A. Publishing winners

We only name a winner publicly (first name, surname initial and broad area) if the winner agrees. Winners can change or withdraw that choice at any time. Photos or messages are optional, need separate consent and are checked before they appear. Examples marked “Demo” are not real winners.

11. Fraud and misuse

We may void entries, suspend accounts and withhold prizes where we reasonably suspect fraud, automated or bulk entries, use of multiple accounts, payment chargebacks made without good reason, or any attempt to interfere with a draw. Legitimate payment disputes are not affected.

12. Responsible participation

You can set a monthly spending limit, take a break or close your account at any time from account controls. See responsible participation.

13. Cancellations and refunds

• An entry into a draw that takes place on a fixed date is a service connected with a leisure activity for a specific date, so the usual 14-day cancellation right may not apply. Where it does apply by law, we will honour it.
• Unpaid reservations are never entered into a draw. If a draw is cancelled, or if you are charged in error, we refund paid entries in full to the original payment method.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Intellectual property

The WYNIVO name, logo, site design and original content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Apple, iPhone and related marks belong to Apple Inc.

15. Service availability

We aim to keep WYNIVO available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. If a technical fault affects a draw, we will act fairly, explain what happened and record it.

16. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care, but not for loss that was not foreseeable.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply only to entries made after the updated terms are published and never alter the terms of a draw you have already entered.

19. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland, in the Scottish courts.

20. Apple

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, endorser or administrator of, and is not associated with, any WYNIVO promotion.
