Responsible participation

Entering a prize draw should be occasional fun. It is never a way to make money or solve financial problems, and most entries do not win. Only spend what you can comfortably afford to lose.

WYNIVO is only for adults. We ask for your date of birth when you register and may carry out reasonable age checks, always before a prize is awarded.

Controls you set yourself

• Monthly spending limit — set it in account controls. Entries that would take you over it are blocked. Unpaid reservations count towards it too.
• Per-draw caps — every draw shows the maximum entries per person and enforces it.
• Take a break or close your account — self-exclude in account controls to stop all new entries immediately. To close your account completely, use the contact form.
• Transaction history — every order, amount and entry number is shown in My Entries.
• Marketing opt-out — marketing is off unless you choose it, separately from accepting our terms, and you can switch it off at any time.

Take a break

From Account controls you can start a cool-off of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, self-exclude, or request account closure. A cool-off cannot be shortened once started. Daily draws are scheduled — there are no repeat spins, near-miss animations or “almost won” messages.

How we design WYNIVO

• No countdown pressure tricks, fake scarcity or “near miss” messages.
• Celebrations only appear for genuine, confirmed wins.
• A free entry route on every draw, with the same chance as paid entries.
• Instant-win draws are switched off at launch, and credit cards will never be accepted for them.

We use the UK Government’s (DCMS) voluntary code of good practice for prize draw operators as our benchmark for best practice. WYNIVO is not currently a signatory to that code.
