How a WYNIVO draw is run

When a draw reaches its published closing time, the entry list is frozen. The draw engine generates a random value using the cryptographically secure random number generator provided by our database platform, then ranks every frozen entry by a SHA-256 hash of that value and the entry ID. The lowest-ranked entries win, up to the published number of winners, with at most one win per person. Paid and free entries are ranked identically.

The frozen entrant list is stored permanently with its own hash. The random seed, the entry count and a SHA-256 verification reference derived from both are written to an append-only audit record at the moment the draw runs. That record cannot be edited or deleted afterwards, and the reference is published below.

We do not claim any external certification or third-party audit for this process. If an independent audit is arranged in future, we will say so here and name the auditor.
